Love your heart

It’s well established that the long-chain omega-3 fats found in good amounts in oil-rich fish such as sardinesmackerel, fresh tunasalmon and trout, play a role in helping the heart to work normally and maintain normal blood pressure and blood levels of triglycerides (a type of fat).

This is great news for everyone, but is even more essential when we’re exercising, as the heart has to work much harder to pump blood around the body, delivering oxygen to the cells, that when it’s at rest.
