- Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
- Place the cod in an ovenproof dish and cover with the tomato sauce and herbs. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cod is cooked through.
- While the fish is cooking, boil the potatoes until soft then drain.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve the fish with the potatoes.
For even less cooking, swap the potatoes for crusty bread.
