The method

  1. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees C.
  2. Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl. 
  3. Add the fish to the marinade and leave for 15 minutes. 
  4. Place the fish on a baking tray and top with sesame seeds. 
  5. Season and sprinkle with chopped spring onions. 
  6. Roast for 10 minutes. 
  7. Top with fresh coriander and lime.
