- Brush the megrim fillets lighly with the sundried tomato paste and season then place in a steamer or bake in an oven for 15 minutes.
- While the fish is being cooked. Take your favourite pasta and boil in lightly salted water.
- When the pasta is cooked, take off the heat and rinse with boiling water to remove the starch and heat up the sauce before finally stiring in the pasta.
- Serve in bowls with the pasta first and then place the fish on top.Voila - dinner is served!
