Megrim with Tomato Pasta

Fish and pasta is a great dinner at the end of a hard day. Breathe some life into your tomato pasta by serving it up with some luscious fish

The method

  1. Brush the megrim fillets lighly with the sundried tomato paste and season then place in a steamer or bake in an oven for 15 minutes.
  2. While the fish is being cooked. Take your favourite pasta and boil in lightly salted water.
  3. When the pasta is cooked, take off the heat and rinse with boiling water to remove the starch and heat up the sauce before finally stiring in the pasta.
  4. Serve in bowls with the pasta first and then place the fish on top.Voila - dinner is served!
