"Iron Man" Tuna Sandwich

An Iron Man tuna sandwich that's great for kids (and big kids too!)

The method

  1. Mix the tuna with the lemon juice, mayo and/or the herbs and season
  2. Cut the peppers into long thick slices and cook on a griddle pan, charring slightly but leaving a bite to them, season
  3. Toast the ciabatta, spoon the tuna mix on top and garnish with the peppers.
