This mouth watering white fish and bacon roll is easy to make, and delicious
The method
Cut the fish fillets down the middle from head to tail to create 4 long pieces of fish.
Coil each of the fillets into rounds, and wrap a piece of bacon around the outside of the fish and secure with a cocktail stick.
Add a few dashes of white wine and olive oil in the bottom of an ovenproof dish, just big enough to hold the fish fillets.
Mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, and cheese and spoon on top of each of the rolled up fish fillets. Place the fillets in the prepared dish, sprinkle over some olive oil, then place in a 180 preheated over for 20 minutes until cooked.
Assemble fish and bacon on bread rolls, top with cheese and any salads of choice, and enjoy!
