We’re not the only ones shouting about #SeafoodWeek this year. This week, Instagram stars have been peppering their feeds with a mix of fish dishes to celebrate the sensational seafood occasion.

Isaac Carew, author of The Dirty Dishes cook book and popstar Dua Lipa’s beau, whipped up our fish & sweet potato fries and plaice fish tacos recipes.

Shetland blogger Elizabeth Atia of Elizabeth’s Kitchen Diary made our legendary  breakfast smoked haddock and veggie plaice curry for the whole family.

We’re also thrilled to announce that one of our Restaurant Rockstars, Ellis Barrie from the Marram Grass restaurant in north Wales won Tuesday’s Great British Menu with his mackerel based ‘Bun in the Oven.’  

After receiving a perfect score from all of the judges, he’ll be cooking the fish dish at the final banquet. Go Ellis!
