It's time for another competition here at Fish is the Dish and this time it is the return of our popular #fishslicetuesday Twitter competition.
We want more people to eat fish as Seafood is packed with vitamins and minerals and is a major source of Omega-3 fatty acids, all helping fight against a range of diseases. It is also full of protein, vitamins, and nutrients that can lower blood pressure and help reduce the risk of a heart attack and stroke - which is exactly why we like to do things here at Fish is the Dish that encourages people to eat more of it!
Every Tuesday, we will post a tweet at 7am on our Twitter @fishisthedish and all you have to do it retweet it (before 23:59pm that day) to be entered into the competition. GOOD LUCK!
