To celebrate the arrival of the royal family’s newest member, why not try making this quite majestic (and delicious!) seafood crown?

The crown has a base of prawns, with red lettuce for the cap. The three columns are made with sliced haddock goujons, and topped with a salmon fishcake, decorated with sliced tomato. And our tasty tiara is topped off with decorative 'jewels' made with pomegranate seeds. A fishy feast fit for a (future) king!delicious!) seafood crown?
