Wolverine Hake Kebabs

A tasty and simple recipe for delicious hake kebabs

The method

  1. Cut the hake into even sized pieces (not too small)
  2. Slice the pepper, onion and courgetter into even sized pieces
  3. Thread the fish and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between vegetable and fish.
  4. Place the kebabs under the grill for approx 15 minutes, remembering to turn them so they cook evenly!
