Great for an appetiser, side dish or hors d'oevres. Perfect cold for picnics!
Mix the eggs and cheese together, then add the drained tuna, season with salt and black pepper
Lay out a sheet of filo pastry, brush with butter and lay another sheet on top and brush again with butter
Cut in half lengthways, place some of the tuna and cheese filling at the bottom end of the pastry, fold the pastry from left to right, then right to left to form a triangle, keep folding until the length of pastry is used up
Once you have the samosas made place on a tray lined with baking paper, brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with seeds or spices of your choice and bake in the oven at 180c for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy
