Red wine and shallot dressing:
Finely chop 1 shallot and mix with 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar.
Bloody Mary dressing:
Mix 1 teaspoon tomato puree, 1 teaspoon creamed horseradish, 1 tablespoon vodka in a small whisky glass.
Soy and sesame dressing:
Pour 1 tablespoon soy sauce in a small bowl, add a splash of sesame oil. Finely chop 1 spring onion and sprinkle it in the sauce together with some sesame seeds.
