Peel and deseed the fresh cucumbers, and then cut in small dice.
Peel and boil the potato. Pour the water out, dry the potatoes and grate while hot and then cool till the room temperature.
Chop up the fillets of salmon.
For the tartar:
Mix cod liver, greenery of parsley and dill, Salmon, prawns, fresh cucumber, boiled potatoes, red caviar.
Mix and stir up well all the ingredients. Place the ring for Tartar on the prepared dish, put the prepared mass in it, compact, and make even. Put the caviar on the upper surface. Spray of greenery and seafood are used for decoration.
Tartar is to be formed just before serving.
