Smoked Mackerel Wraps

Simple but super tasty smoked mackerel wraps - no cooking required!


The method


Chopping board, fork, small bowl, measuring spoons, weighing scales and vegetable knife.



  1. Peel the skin away from the mackerel fillets and break into flakes.
  2. Mix the soft cheese and yogurt together.
  3. Stir in the flaked mackerel.
  4. Spread the mixture over the four tortillas.
  5. Place the cucumber lengthways over the mackerel. 
  6. Scatter over the bean sprouts and salad leaves.
  7. Roll up each tortilla tightly.
  8. Cut each rolled tortilla in half diagonally and serve immediately. (Adult) 



  • Add chopped tomatoes or sliced spring onions to the filling.
  • Try using crab or prawns instead of the smoked mackerel.
