Smoked mackerel and zesty crème fraiche wrap

The method

  1. Mix the crème fraiche with the lemon zest, then spread over the wraps.
  2. Drain the mackerel, discard the oil and break the fish into smaller pieces. Dot the fish over the wraps. Season with black pepper, add the tomato, cucumber and half the rocket. Wrap up then cut each into two halves. Serve with the remaining rocket and a lemon wedge on the side.
