Sea bream is a delicious fish that is easy to cook and perfect with simple vegetable side dishes
Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the potatoes and gently cook for 1 minute on each side. When golden, remove from the pan and keep warm.
Add the peppers to the pan and cook for 1 minute, then add the green beans and toss well, set aside and keep warm.
Heat the remaining oil in a flat non-stick frying pan and add the sea bream, skin side down. Cook for approximately 2 minutes or until the skin is turning golden (do not be tempted to turn over the fillets too soon as the skin may stick). Turn over and cook on the flesh side for 1-2 minutes then remove from the pan and keep warm.
Serve the fish with the potatoes, green beans and peppers, and red cabbage.
