Scary Squid Ghosts

Fancy something a bit different for Halloween?

The method

  1. Prepare the squid, reserving the tentacles.
  2. Stuff each squid with a piece of cooked potato or potato wedge.
  3. Press in two cloves for eyes.
  4. Fry in a little oil for a couple of minutes on each side.
  5. Put the ghosts on the plate with some pieces of sliced olive for mouths.
