- Preheat the oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
- Place the pizza bases on a non-stick baking tray. Spread over the tomato sauce then sprinkle over the onion and pepper. Drain the sardines, reserving the oil and arrange the sardines on the pizza. Add the mozzarella, a grind of black pepper and drizzle over 2tbsp of the reserved oil from the sardines.
- Bake for around 12 minutes until heated through and the cheese has melted. Cut into slices and serve with the rocket.
