- Boil the eggs for 6-8 minutes depending on how hard boiled you like them.
- Cool under running water.
- Cook the beans in boiling water for a couple of minutes.
- Drain the tuna and anchovy fillets.
- Chop tomatoes, pitted black olives and red onion.
- Combine everything together with the capers. Dress with vinaigrette, season to taste and serve.
