1. Place pastry on the board.
2. Place the rest of ingredients in a food processor and blitz for 10-20 secs until they form a chunky paste.
3. Spread over the surface of the pastry then cut into strips 10cm by 2cm. Pick up either end of strip and twist left hand anti-clockwise, right hand clockwise (like making a cheesy twist).
4. Press down either end onto baking tray glaze with a little milk or egg and then you can grate some whole nutmeg over the top. Bake for 7 mins in 180c (Gas 5).
