Mackerel Bagels

The method

  1. Slice the bagel in half and toast in the toaster or grill. This can be done from frozen. 
  2. Mix cream cheese and horseradish together until blended. 
  3. Spread the bagel halves with the cream cheese mix before flaking on the mackerel fillets and placing some watercress on top.
