Kipper Wrap

Delicious wrap perfect to pack into a lunchbox and take to a picnic


The method

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and cook for about 5 minutes, until softened. Add the paprika and cook for 1 minute. Add the beans, and heat through.

  2. Flake the kipper fillets, discarding any skin. Gently mix the flaked kipper through the bean mix and heat through.

  3. Warm the tortillas according to the pack instructions.

  4. Spoon the kipper and bean mix into the warmed tortillas, top with the spring onions and roll up. Serve with the salsa, soured cream and guacamole, garnished with the coriander, and with any remaining filling on the side.
