A quick and easy dish, perfect for fast food meal

The method

  1. Mix together all the ingredients, shape into a chosen size.
  2. Flour, egg wash and breadcrumb twice.
  3. Pan fry in 10ml rapeseed oil and 20g butter until golden brown and piping hot
