A speedy, DIY family meal that will get everyone onboard with eating their 2 a week.

Hoisin Mackerel Pancakes

The method

  1. Pour the hoisin sauce over the mackerel and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the mackerel and fry for 3-4 minutes until it becomes sticky and caramelised and warmed through.
  3. Whilst the mackerel is caramelising, heat the pancakes following the pack instructions.
  4. Serve the sliced veg, mackerel and pancakes in the middle of the table and let everyone tuck in!
