- Pour the hoisin sauce over the mackerel and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the mackerel and fry for 3-4 minutes until it becomes sticky and caramelised and warmed through.
- Whilst the mackerel is caramelising, heat the pancakes following the pack instructions.
- Serve the sliced veg, mackerel and pancakes in the middle of the table and let everyone tuck in!
