Groot Tuna sandwich

Who doesn’t love Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy? Now you can create your very own sandwich superhero!

The method

  1. Take two slices of brown or wholemeal bread, place one on top of the other and then cut spikes into the top of the bread to resemble Groot’s head
  2. Combine the tin of tuna with the mayonnaise and mix well.
  3. Spread over the first slice of bread add the second slice of bread on top making sure that the spikes of Groot’s head are lined up.
  4. Cut the mozzarella ball and olive in halves for the eyes and place them on the sandwich.
  5. Add the sugar snap pea for the mouth
