Grey Mullet with a Lemon and Almond Crust

The lemon and almond crust really compliment this delicious white fish

The method

  1. Mix together all ingredients and pack on to the top of the prepared fish.
  2. Place in the oven at 180c for 5 minutes, remove and place under a preheated grill until crust is crispy.
  3. Serve with seasonal vegetables.
