Easy Brown Crab and Tomato Soup

Super quick and easy crab soup, great for freezing

The method

  1. Place the soup, passata, chilli flakes and sherry or vemouth in a saucepan with 100ml water. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add most of the crab meat and pesto and heat for 2 minutes. Season with black pepper and serve garnished with the remaining crab and pesto.
