Curried Crab and Rice Mountains

This easy peasy recipe will reach the top of your taste buds


The method


4 ramekins/yogurt pots/tea cups, pastry brush, weighing scales, measuring spoons, chopping board, knife, bowl, mixing spoon and metal spoons.



  1. Lightly grease the ramekins, clean yogurt pots or tea cups.
  2. Chop the apricots, cashew nuts and mango.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Press the mixture into the ramekins (yogurt pots/tea cups).
  5. Slowly up-turn onto plates.

  • Try different types of vegetables and fruit.
  • Go for cooked prawns or mackerel, instead of crab meat.
  • Serve with a crunch salad and some lime wedges.
