- Set the countdown clock – this starter can be whipped up in under a minute and tastes fantastic.
- Take your tinned salmon and fork it into a bowl.
- Add the crème fraîche, Greek yogurt or mayo – whatever you have to hand – then squeeze in the lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper then mix together with a fork till everything is bound together.
- Spoon over the Krisprolls (or whatever base you are using), top with the smoked salmon and garnish with the chives.
This recipe also makes brilliant canapés. Serve on mini blinis.
