- Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the philadelphia in a pan and heat through until it’s smooth and creamy. Add the chives and mix. (You may need to add a splash of milk to help soften it).
- Drain the pasta and combine with the warmed cream cheese. Add the mackerel and tomatoes, and heat through. Serve garnished with the snipped chives and a grind of black pepper.
