Creamy Mackerel Pasta

The method

  1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the philadelphia in a pan and heat through until it’s smooth and creamy. Add the chives and mix. (You may need to add a splash of milk to help soften it).
  3. Drain the pasta and combine with the warmed cream cheese. Add the mackerel and tomatoes, and heat through. Serve garnished with the snipped chives and a grind of black pepper.
