- Heat the tacos according to packet instructions.
- Mix the avocado with the juice of one lime and set aside.
- Mix the beans with the chilli, olive oil, remaining lime juice, lime zest and a little seasoning.
- Fill the tacos with the salad leaves and fresh coriander. Add the avocado, bean mixture and top with the crab meat.
- Garnish with the remaining lime zest and coriander before serving.
