Crab ‘Burger'

Fancy trying a new twist on an old favourite?

The method

  • Take 75g of the crab and place in a food processor with the egg white and mix to a smooth paste.
  • Place the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, add the egg mix and combine. Shape into equal sized patties and keep in the fridge until needed.
  • Cook for three minutes each side (or until golden brown) in a frying pan with oil and a knob of butter and serve in a fresh bun.
