Brown Crab and Avocado Cocktail

Crab and avocado are a beautiful and fresh combination in this delicious cocktail

The method

  1. Whisk the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, and lemon juice together, then stir in the Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce and set aside.
  2. Take 4 small bowls or tumblers and arrange the little gem lettuce leaves upright around the sides of each bowl or tumbler. Add a wedge of avocado to each as well, then divide the crab meat between them. Finish with a few large spoonfuls of the mayonnaise, the lemon zest and a bunch of cress. Top with a sprinkle of paprika and a wedge of lemon to serve.
