A quick lunch or dinner that the whole family will love

Tuna Pea Couscous

The method

  1. Cook the couscous according to packet instructions, adding in the soy sauce, lemon zest and juice, peas and some of the spring onion and chives.
  2. Once cooked, add the tinned tuna, separating it into flakes, the rest of the chives and spring onion to the couscous. Stir well and serve hot or cold!
