- Preheat the oven to 210 degrees C.
- Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add the fish to the marinade and leave for 15 minutes.
- Place the fish on a baking tray and top with sesame seeds.
- Season and sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
- Roast for 10 minutes.
- Top with fresh coriander and lime.
