Lots of people say seafood is complicated but when it comes down to it there are many ready to eat options.

You can find prawns that are already cooked and peeled in the chiller aisle which are a peachy colour. These are great in salads and sandwiches and if you’re like us you’ll enjoy eating them straight from the packet. Tinned seafood is ready to eat – just open the tin and away you go, there’s everything from tuna to sardines and, more and more often, tinned seafood is also being offered with delicious flavourings.
