Fussy eaters

Are your kids really fussy? Well, we don't like certain foods ourselves but one good way to get kids eating more things is actually get them to help in the kitchen, preparing their meals.

Making fish fingers is great for this – you can keep the little ones occupied at the weekend by making a batch of fish fingers and you can freeze and bring them out when you need them during the week.

You can even ask your fishmonger or fish counter if they have any broken fish which are perfect for fish fingers and should be at a lower cost than whole fillets.
