Health experts recommend we eat two portions of fish each week, one of which should be oil-rich. One of the easiest ways to make sure you achieve this is to plan your weekly menus in advance and write a shopping list based on these menus. That way you can make sure you include at least two servings of fish for each person in your family every week. A serving should be 170g raw or 140g when cooked. Remember, you can include tinned fish as well as fresh or frozen fish in this.
