www.fishisthedish.co.uk and www.fishisthedish.com are owned by Seafish, the authority on seafood, a Non Departmental Public Body (NDPB) sponsored by the four UK government fisheries departments and funded by a levy on seafood.

Monthly Competition
- This promotion is operated by Seafish, “the Promoter”.
- Open to residents of the age 18 or over, excluding employees and their families of Seafish UK Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- By entering competitions on this site the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions will be deemed to include the instructions on how to take part in the competition.
- The competition will start on 01.05.12 and close at midnight on 31.05.12. One winner will be selected via a generation of random number.
- The prize is a range of Union Jack themed kitchen goods including
recipe book, tea towel, mugs, tray, worktop saver and oven gloves.
It will be sent to the prize winner direct on receipt of their contact details. - To be entered into the competition the entrant must submit a
completed survey through the link given and answer 4 questions in full. - In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be notified by email within 8 days of the closing dates. The winner must claim their prize within 28 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
- By participating in this competition, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this competition (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
- No responsibility can be taken for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
- All charges associated with the submission of an entry to the promotion shall be the entrant’s responsibility.
- There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
- The Promoter, their agents, affiliates and suppliers cannot accept responsibility for any incidents resulting from claiming the prizes.
- By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their name without further compensation, in any promotion publicity and/or advertising carried out by Seafish.
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate this competition at any time without prior notice.
- By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
