Happy Seafood Thanksgiving!

Traditionally our American cousins celebrate Thanksgiving on the fourth Thursday of November by having roast turkey as their main meal, with all the trimmings. Stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, sometimes even cheese grits and corn pudding.

We thought we would do a different spin on Thanksgiving this year, giving it a seafood twist instead. There are so many delicious dishes that we have at FitD towers that we couldn’t wait to share them!  


If you are getting a bit bored with the same old bruschetta, then try this tuna version. It couldn’t be any easier to whip up and we can guarantee you it will be a fantastic talking point.

Our friends at Billingsgate Seafood School have given us this red mullet with rosemary, olive oil and lemon marinade recipe. Even just describing it has our mouths watering!


You can try out your cheffy skills with this halibut and creamy mash dish. Apart from the glorious taste, it only takes 20 minutes to rustle up which is ideal when you have guests.
