An extra hour for a seafood special

This weekend the clocks go back and even though that means shorter days, on the plus side, we are getting an extra hour on Sunday! This gives us more time to be able to rustle up a fantastic seafood meal.

Now, it is getting a little chillier, so we thought that stews, one pots and anything with an extra kick in it would be ideal dishes to warm you up on a cold, dark evening.

Don’t let the ‘salad’ in the title of this recipe put you off. You can easily swop it out for some roasted vegetables if you prefer. This dish is the perfect meal if you are just cooking for one and the horseradish gives you that nice little kick just to warm you up.
