This weekend the clocks go back and even though that means shorter days, on the plus side, we are getting an extra hour on Sunday! This gives us more time to be able to rustle up a fantastic seafood meal.

Our filling and warming tuna and broccoli bake is easy peasy to make and can be ready within an hour. Plus you will probably have a few of the ingredients in your kitchen cupboards already, win/win!
