King Prawn and Rice Salad

The method

  1. Rinse the prawns and put them in a large serving bowl.
  2. Chop the onion, sugar snaps and coriander, and add them to the prawns.
  3. Microwave the rice as it says on the pack, then add it into the bowl with everything else.
  4. Mix in the sweet chili sauce and fresh coriander, and it's ready to serve warm.
